‒ Federal Law No. (14) of 2021 concerning the Creation and Regulation of Owners Association:
‒ Based on the proposal of the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure and the approval of the Cabinet.
It is hereby resolved:

- Based upon the proposal submitted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, and the Cabinet's Approval,

- Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021, on the Protection of Personal Data; 
- Federal Decree-Law No. (46) of 2021, on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services; 
- Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2022, Enacting the Civil Procedure Code; and 
- Based on the Proposal submitted by the Board Chairman of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, and the Cabinet approval thereof,  
Hereby resolves as follows:

We, Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan,            President of the United Arab Emirates,
Pursuant to the perusal of the provisional Constitution constitution; and
Federal Law no. 1 of 1972 concerning the Jurisdiction of Ministries and the Powers of the Ministers and the amending laws thereof; and
Federal Law no. 45 of 1992 concerning the Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and
Acting upon the proposal of the Ministers of Defence and Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
Have promulgated the following Law:

-Federal Law No. (6) of 1978, Establishing Federal Courts and Transferring the Competences of Local Judicial Authorities in certain Emirates to it, and amendments thereof; and
-Federal Law No. (26) of 1981, Concerning the Maritime Commercial Law; and
-Federal Law No. (35) of 1992, Promulgating the Criminal Procedures Law; and
-Federal Law No. (19) of 1993, Designating the Maritime Regions in the United Arab Emirates; and
-Federal Law No. (13) of 1996, Concerning the Entry and Residency of Foreigners; and
-Federal Law No. (23) of 1999, Concerning the Use, Protection, and Development of Live Aquatic Resources in the United Arab Emirates; and
-Federal Law No. (24) of 1999, Concerning the Protection and Development of the Environment; and
-Supreme Federal Council Resolution No. (1) of 1976, Establishing the Border Guard and Controlling Immigration; and
-Supreme Council of Defense Resolution No. (1) of 1976, Uniting the Armed Forces; and
-Chairman of the Supreme Council of Defense Resolution No. (2) of 1976, Determining the Competences and Capacities of the Chief General Staff of the Armed Forces; and
-Chairman of the Supreme Council of Defense Resolution No. (1) of 1999, Concerning the Guard of Land Borders; and
-Cabinet Resolution No. (3) of 1995, Concerning the Ministry of Interior Regulation; and
-In achievement of public interest considerations; and
-Based upon the proposal submitted by the Prime Minister, and the Cabinet’s approval,
Have promulgated the following Decree by Law:
