This law shall not apply to the judgments issued against the authorities of the Emirates requested to implement or against one of employees thereof for actions taken thereby due to the position, and the same shall not apply to the provisions that are incompatible with the international treaties and agreements, by which the Emirate requested to implement is bounded, within the provisions of the Constitution.
